Lots of enterprising gangs start to make their own to make a buck. It is a significant plot point that Myron created Jet, but is having difficulty keeping their golden egg laying hen a secret. You even get the option to raid Trish's chem lab where they clearly create and sell Jet. In Fallout 4 we see shit tons of drug dens in operation, but for a specific example of mass drug production look at Diamond City Blues and the drug deal between Cooke, Latimer and Trish. In Fallout New Vegas the Great Khans have a massive drug lab where they whip up all sorts of candy, including many flavors of Jet.His name is Murphy and he will buy drug ingredients off of you so he can cook more Jet. In Fallout 3 it is heavily implied that several raider gang bases have Jet production, but there is also a friendly NPC who not only makes Jet but also Ultra Jet.In Fallout 2 the Mordinos gang invented and manufactures most of the Jet on the market, but there are still various other gangs that make and sell their own. This is inaccurate, there are Jet producers in every Fallout title that Jet is featured. Jet habits across the entire wasteland and no way to manufacture them I'm more inclined to believe the totality of the evidence and ignore the few examples that are logically mistakes than rework the existing lore to fit a single piece of evidence. For example, prewar chem dealers don't mention jet among their laundry list of products (like the terminal in Sanctuary). However, its much more likely Myron invented the chem on his own and Bethesda messed up the lore due to the extremely limited evidence of its existence prewar. It's possible jet was manufactured prewar, the knowledge was lost when the bombs fell, and Myron rediscovered the manufacturing process either with direct instructions or putting the pieces together. I vaguely remember seeing a video long ago that called such trade route the Jet Road after the real Silk Road. It is logical that eventually the secret would get out, and we know transcontinental trade routes exist (to cite just one example, Kellogg). Jet manufacturing isn't all that difficult (all you need is brahmin shit and the knowledge of how to refine it). r/galaxynewsradio - Fallout-sounding music r/falloutcosplayers - Fallout-related cosplay r/Wasteland - A subreddit for the Wasteland games. r/thefalloutdiaries - Journal-like fan fiction. r/falloutmods - Fallout modding community r/classicfallout - Classic Fallout Games r/falloutlore - The lore of the Fallout series Piracy is a permanent ban, no warnings.Īll posts and comments in end, come down to moderator discretion.
